MEET LUCREZIA

I am Lucrezia, an energetic and enthusiastic person. I was born in Puglia and I grow up watching my mother and grandmother struggling with flour and cooking, feeling the scent of ragù when I woke up on Sunday mornings, the ladies of the town who gathered on festive days to cook ancient Apulian recipes, my father in the garden and Olive trees, and the grass freshly cut. Homemade pasta, freshly picked ingredients from the garden, the scent of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil in October and the must in the cellar in September, which has filled our house in the countryside for three generations. My desire is to show the authenticity of Puglia to my guests from all around the world. I have always loved to travel through my home region, discovering the most beautiful spot and places, knowing about the old traditions preserved, that I grow up with… so I studied for you the best itinerary in Puglia! My job is my greatest passion, I actually travel all around the world with my project “Opera in the Kitchen”, which sees the union between cuisine and music, in harmony with nature! My guests are friends who cook with me and share the passions for the good Italian cuisine, the Opera, the Bella Italia and traveling! Discover the magic of Puglia with me, guided by a local person!
