Lucrezia is so excited to have fun with you, share her Grandmum’s recipes live from Italy and tell more about her family production of Extra Virgin Olive oil (since three generations).
During your dinner you will be treated with a truly unique, beautiful and intimate performance of the best Arias of Italian Opera by professional musicians. You will feel like invited to join an Italian family for one night.

Your unforgettable experience

Sight, smell, sound,..and all your other senses will be awakened, leaving you with unforgettable memories. You will be welcomed at one of the most beautiful Villas dating back to 1600, with a gorgeous view of the Tuscan countryside, in the Chianti Classico region, a wine producing area globally known. We will start by tasting a cup of Italian style coffee made with a “moka”. After that I will guide you through the property, explaining the origins and cultivation of the seasonal and fresh ingredients we will use during the cooking class. We will learn how to prepare different kinds of homemade pasta from scratch and an Italian dessert according to the old traditions and recipes of my Grandmother. You will get to taste our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced by my family since three generations with 100% Coratina olives from Apulia. Then we will enjoy a delicious meal based on what we have created during our cooking class

This experience was amazing! The atmosphere they create and the personal attention you get being such a small class was just what we were looking for. And the food - to die for. We had a great time learning how to make some authentic Italian recipes and was able to drink the wine they make! The Opera singer was just the cherry on top of a great night! If you’re looking for stunning views, amazing food, the kindest people and an overall outstanding one of a kind experience, this is it!

We had the best time cooking with Lucrezia in her kitchen! We instantly felt welcomed and the entire cooking experience was fun and informative. Not to mention delicious! Would highly recommend if you’re looking to learn to make homemade pasta in the picturesque Italian countryside.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The grounds are gorgeous, and even better, there's a sweet, adorable dog! The process of making the food was a great learning experience, and it was delicious. The opera singer did an incredible job and was a great added entertainment for the night.I would recommend this experience to everyone!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The team was so friendly and we enjoyed walking through the beautiful property and then learning how to cook some authentic Italian meals. I don’t want to spoil too much, but trust me that it’s incredibly worth it!

Our family of four had an AMAZING experience. The hosts arranged for pick-up in Florence, which made getting there easy and convenient; our driver Stefano was very kind. We made cavatelli from scratch and other dishes with the help of the friendly and helpful Chef Cristina. The dishes that we helped prepare all came out wonderfully and tasted so fresh. We loved hearing about the history of the villa that the experience takes place in. Everything was delicious… from the wine made on the property to the pannacotta we had for dessert. The cost of the experience is extremely reasonable for all that is included. Last, and certainly not least, the opera performance by Sabrina was outstanding. I feel honored to have had this experience, and it is something I will remember always!

Our family of four had an amazing experience at Opera in the Kitchen. Lulu and her fabulous staff made everyone feel at home. From touring the grounds, picking our vegetables, preparing the meal and finally eating the final product….every step was organized and inviting. Making the entire group feel like family. We walked in as 15 strangers, but walked out as friends exchanging contacts. The opera serenade during dessert was the icing on the cake!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
